Hi, sometimes my head feels dizzy for a second. In a day it happens frequently but only a second. This is happening for past 6 months. I am not facing anyother problems. I did brian plain MRI last August 2022. My report was normal. Can you please tell how to cure this and also tell me why this is happening.
