Hi, mine is a weird question. I am a male and have crossed 60 two days back. I am diabetic(under control with medicine), having Hypothyroid and HTN. I do not notice any significant change in myself. The same flamboyance, agility is still there. But people around me advise that I should now move about a bit slowly and carefully as I am now 60+. Kindly advise.

Ans: Age is just a number. But ageing process happens with oxidative stress. One may be 60, but the biological age according to the healthy physiological system may be like in 50 s. Ageing process is unavoidable, particularly eating everything and crossing the limitations of the physical causes more oxidative stress. So please take care of your lifestyle. With a healthy lifestyle you can age gracefully with good quality of life.

Ans: You can lead a balanced life, consuming natural forms of sugar and avoiding the 3 whites - Maida, white sugar and white rice in your diet. If you have recently developed this condition, please do a basic detox of Karela juice (2tbsps every morning) for 21 days. Keep a close check on your sugar levels during this period. Hello I am 42Y Male. My weight is 56.6 kg and height is 166 CM. Currently I am healthy. However with increasing age, I am afraid that I may get hypertension Diabetes, I follow fasting for 14-16 hrs daily and run around 50Km per week. Can u please suggest if these measures are enough to remain healthy for a longer period of time or any changes are required. My sleep pattern remain disturb. not sure what is the reason. I eat Carbs only during lunch and only protein diet in dinner before 7 PM. Occasionally I drink (once in 3 month) and have refined carbs food and sweets once in a month..

Ans: While you are following a healthy life style in terms of eating habits and regular walks, mental relaxation can be achieved through meditation and pranayams - starting from a smaller period and going upto an hour - but daily practice. Secondly, you should 0watch your sleep regime and try to relax your mind before hitting the bed. You can do Om chanting for 5 to 10 minutes, soak your feet in epsum salt for 10-15 minutes or at least wash them with cold water before sleeping. I am sure you are already keeping a gap of 2 hrs between your dinner time and bed time, also practice a digital detox of at least an hour before sleeping.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been working as an HR Executive in a reputed automobile dealership for 8 years. I have not done any professional course with HR Management whatsoever; the main reason is my graduation percentage is less than 50%. I have started this job just to survive in my city. And I performed very well in administrative area sometime I handles Joining, Adequacyv& Retention, T&D, Salary, Incentive, Induction & Orientation, R&R etc. The management tried to promote me as an HR Manager but Area Office denied saying 'He does not have a degree and deep HR processes knowledge, he is good as an administrator though'. The salary I get is just okay to survive. If I want to make big income for me and my family what options do I have? I am ready to go abroad or change city if it requires.

Ans: One option is to do correspondence MBA. Second option would be to do short term courses that could help you get the required skill set to get a promotion.
