40 Year Old Male Concerned About Liver Enzymes, Triglycerides, and Left Chest Pain: Should I Be Worried?

Dear Sir, I m male 40 . Undergone random blood test dated 23rd Sep and below are the the abnormal values: Alanine Transaminase(ALT/SGPT) - LDH, UV kinetic - 108 Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) - 99 Triglycerides GPO-POD - 187 HDL Cholesterol Direct - 33 Non-HDL Cholesterol Calculated -150 LDL Cholesterol Calculated -113 VLDL Cholesterol Calculated - 37 Platelet count DC Impedance method -139 Any major concern on these abnormal values . also, any suggestions for heart issues on this result. However, i ve reduced the Triglycerides from >than 300 to 187 within a month through dieting and exercise. Vit B12 - 485 and Vit D - 51.6 , blood glucose - 93 results are ok. sometimes, i am having left side chest pain also my ECG report found in order . Kindly suggests
