Manipal is the safer choice; through COMEDK, colleges like and are definitely worth targeting for ECE, and can be preferable to VIT Chennai depending on her COMEDK rank. Via COMDEK, colleges like Ramaiah Institute of Technology, BMS College of Engineering, and Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering are also very good ECE options if she gets a decent rank.
