As heatwave grips, what foods can one avoid to stay safe and healthy?

Ans: Hi,

The best measure to stay safe during the heat wave is to stay hydrated and have your electrolytes.

Foods that one could avoid are basically foods that dehydrate you, such as
-excess of coffee or tea: since caffeine have a dehydrating property
-junk food or salty food: high amount of sodium will leave you dehydrated
-high protein food: body will use up water to metabolize the protein.
-alcoholic

Try and fuel up on summer fruits and probiotics to keep the digestion smooth.
