Gym is heavy and helps in weight loss... While yoga is quite simple, light and easy.... So does it really helps in weight loss? Which one is better?

Ans: Namaste!
According to me, a combination of the two does wonders. 4 days of yoga abhyas and 2 days of strength training in a gym. Both of which must be done under supervision. One day simply let the body rest. But weight loss can be facilitated only if the diet you take is wholesome.

Yoga in weight loss if yes than which yoga aasan

Ans: Namaste!
I always say this, please don’t focus on weight loss until you are seriously over weight. Focus instead on building flexibility, strength & stamina. Practicing Sun salutations or Surya Namaskars will help tremendously if you are planning to only focus on weight loss. Also Practicing the flow of vinyasa under a qualified teacher will help tremendously.

Ans: Namaste! I think the focus should be more on inch loss than weight loss, trust me. A combination of both, in case you are not a yoga person otherwise 5 days of yogasana abhyas and 1 day of weight training should should wonders. Try it out

I am working in a software MNC for 10+ years. My company has been laying off people last couple of years as cost cutting measure. Now Management is putting undue pressure on me to resign to avoid paying severance. They are trying to implicate me in false PIP if I don't resign myself. What should I do?
