After the death of my father in Oct.,2019 followed with Covid period experience, I went into depression and had sleep disorder for few months and after the advice of qualified doctor started the allopathy medicines. While I am now feeling perfectly alright now, however, the getting a sound sleep is still a question mark everyday and I usually take Tablet Lonazap (0.25 mg) MD which enables me to get sleep. I am a senior citizen who is around 63 years old and obese too and living a sedentary life style. I am unable to understand the reason for difficulty in getting sleep inspite of going on for long walk(including swimming sometimes) and reading newspaper at night time before sleeping. Kindly advice whether taking sleeping pills have any other affect on me and how to get sleep in a normal way.
