Dear Nithin Sir, I m 52 years old and iam graduated in BA and Completed PGDHRM. now the issue is still iam working in low salary comapany. working as office coordinator, iam multi tasking person. Now i want to get little bit of high salary. my present salary is 18000/- pm. and also iam good in computer works. wat can i do if i want get at least 30000 pm

Ans: Make a fresh resume and apply where you think you can value add. Do not quit till such time you have something in hand! In case you want to continue in the same company, ask for a meeting with the boss and tell him politely that you need a raise because your work out put is high and you will be a better motivated person if your worth is recognized. Ans: Your question is not clear, however, I assume that an Individual is constructing a house from his individual sources plus some payments through HUF accounts. If this is correct, then my answer is :
01. You can construct a house from your own resources. The amount which has been paid or financed by HUF, shall be treated as a loan to you. This loan is returnable (transactions through banking channels only).
02. You may file your ITR considering above. ITR of HUF will show only loan given to the member.

Sir can my wife donate her stree dhan to huf

Ans: Your wife may transfer her Stree Dhan to HUF (of which she is a member herself), BUT as a Gift & not as Donation.
Donation is meant for charitable purposes only. In this case HUF is not a charitable institution. So there can't be any donation but a Gift.

Ans: Yes. Karta or any other member of the HUF may give Interest Free Loan to HUF, which is repaid after some time. However, both transactions should be through banking channels.

I have completed 58 years of age. Still working in one company. All Total have completed only 6.3 years of service as per PF contribution. My current company has superannuated me in EPFO. I am unable to withdraw my EPS amount as option of Form 10c is not showing. I spoke to EPFO office they say that you have to apply online only. Pls help how to proceed. Thanks & regards.

Hi Anu Mam Im 27 yrs old ( married) and 10 yrs old daughter. Im seperated from my husband since 2 yrs due to several reasons like he is drinking and Totally addicted to it. And he is totally dependent and now today also roaming on the roads of some streets of hyd. I belongs to an orthdox family. Now the question is one backward caste man who is married age : 33 he is interested in me and proposed me to a marriage after knowing all my past and saying that he accepts my child too. And the thing is he said a lie to me at first that he is unmarried and even though i had a good impression on him about the way he behaves with me he even treat me in a very polite manner. He says he loves me even though i too had a good impression but the things are the castes and can we both settle down with a marriage can we be happy or he is only trying to convince me to get him a wife to care care of him or only for his parents, he always talks about his own sister and also the office colleagues calls them sister and get emotional about them those who left the office. And he cries a lot which i dont trust on him and the face i see him that was not an real cry that looks like an act which i dont like in him. May he is acting ? Or really loving me, ge cares alot i feel like he is over reacting

If you are in doubt, then it's highly likely that he is putting on an act. Go with your intuition and hey hey, you said that he is married and so are you...You do realize that you just can't go ahead and marry while you are already to other people, right?
Focus on what's happening in your life; you obviously have to do something about it...Other relationships can wait!

Hello, if the body needs it, it will go ahead and co-operate...if not, it's not going to move a muscle. And in women, the mind (emotional connect will also play an important role in it).
Maybe you are satisfied with the sex frequency and it's okay to tell your husband that you are satiated. I am sure he can find innovative ways to find that pleasure by himself OR you could just help him get there without actively playing a role in the act itself which can be tiring for you.
Talk, communicate, get playful and find ways to get to a balanced state. Most couple have different libidos but that doesn't mean either of the spouses needs to feel guilty, yeah? Just work at it...

Okay! So, what do you want to do so that you can digest this fact? What has happened has happened and if her virginity was such a big issue for you, maybe you could have brought it up before marriage and actually asked her.
You didn't and now this is the reality...Oh and how exactly do you know that she was sexually more active then? Did she tell you OR did you find out from someone?
The more you obsess over this, the more it will get difficult. So, understand that this fact cannot be changed...now, what are you going to think and do? That becomes a choice for you!

Hello Ms Anu, I am a 42yr female..married since 14 yrs and have 10yr old son . I am highly qualified and financially independent. My marriage was a arranged one.. but in these 14 yrs.. I never experienced love or and attachment from my husband's side. A few married men can be more focused on the women on their side of the family; it becomes easy to express love, care and attention to them as he has grown with them.
A wife happens to be someone that he is yet to understand. It requires effort to make a marriage work; your husband finds it convenient to take the easy way out and 'hang out' with his family.
So, here you take the lead and start. Start not by bringing forth your complaints as this is going to push him further to them which is going to annoy you BUT by inviting him to be with you. A lot of work, I get it...but the bottom line: that's what you want, right?
Plan dates evenings, take short vacations together, work-out together...the key is to establish a connection which never had its chance in the first place...So, give your best shot! Most times actions speak louder than words ever can...
