Hi, I am 29 years old and I have completed post graduation in MBA. I took a long break after my studies and have been working for the past 2 years. I am currently working in a MNC where I am drawing a minimal salary of around 20K. I want to increase my salary and improve my career status. Please advise on how to do it.

Ans: One option would be to start a side hustle. Like selling insurance or Financial advisory. Another option is to skill your self in areas where there is requirement of professional by doing short courses. This could be in the field of Business Analytics or Digital Marketing and switch your job to that field.
