Since last more than 12 years in been in education domain as an English Language Trainer , but due to readons beyond my control, I'm not able to continue working in a particular institute forore than two years. I knpw teachi g is my passion ,and my classes/lectures are well appreciated ,but still this jinx continues and i do feel low under these circumstances. Please guide....

Ans: It's absolutely okay to feel low if you haven't been able to continue for longer. Although review what is causing you to not work at a particular location for longer - if it is in your control, you can improve it. Meanwhile, you can look at Freelance websites, Online Training institutes as places where you can impart your knowledge and also you can always reach to a larger audience using YouTube and other social platforms.

Ans: I dont know which institutes you visited. were you a permanent faculty or visiting. As far as I understand good teachers are needed and students demand such teachers. All authorities cannot be demanding buttering as you say. Professional colleges go for competence. Yes you need to be polite and diplomatic while dealing with people. Do consider this and do a self assessment that you are not too arrogant. There is a difference between arrogance and self respect.

I am 48 yrs old. I have 5 years experience as Medical Representative and 9 years is a call center. I have worked as a Sr. Quality Analyst and Trainer. I lost job at start of pandemic (April 2020). Since then I am working as freelancer and teach Spoken English and Soft skills. But getting students is a problem and there is no regular income. I do not get job in call centers due to my age and 3 yrs gap since last job. I have good communication skills. What should I do?

Ans: Instead of looking for work as a call center quality analyst, consider marketing yourself as a communication skills trainer, since you have experience in teaching spoken English and soft skills. You could create a website or a social media presence to promote your services and reach out to potential clients. Consider taking online courses or certifications in your field or related areas to keep your skills current and make yourself more marketable to potential employers and taking up some freelance work as well

Hello sir, im a 35 year old individual having an MBA degree having worked with a few companies like Yes Bank, Vidyalankar classes and publications, LOOP mobile and VFS global pvt ltd. Due to some family emergence and mom's health issues had to leave my job and now since lockdown im totally jobless. The negative impact this time span left on my resume does not allow any employer to give me a job. Im planning to start teaching school students from class 1 to 10 but again the question arises how do i go about it as i had released a few broachures to make people aware of the same. But there was no response. Im totally blank as to how do i take a start in teaching career. If could you please advice me about how do i go about persuing my passion of teaching??

Hi, Im 43 years old, female. I worked as a teacher for 9 years, then served as coordinator. I hsve 15 years of experience now. Of lately, my health is not supporting, as Im diagnosed with slip disc. First understand which industry your interests is in.
Understand any shift you will do it will be from scratch that means you need to have patience until you built it
If you interest lies in the IT industry understand your skills (do SWOT analysis) and see basis your skills what value add can you bring.
Upgrade your skills as per the industry by taking up few courses

Dear Sir, I did my BTech from a normal engineering college not very famous. The teaching was not great and hence i did not study well. I tried my best to learn coding including all the technologies like html,css,javascript,react js,dba,php because i wanted to be a web developer But nothing seem to enter my head except html and css. I don't understand a language which has more complexities. Is it because of my lack of experience or not devoting enough time. I am not sure. I did many courses online and tried to do diplomas also abroad which i passed somehow. I recently joined android development course because i like apps but the teaching was so fast that i could not memorize anything. There was no time to even take notes down. During the course i did assignments and understood the code because i have to pass but after the course is over i tend to forget everything. I attempted a lot of interviews. Some of them i even got but could not perform well so they let me go. Now due to the AI booming and job markets in a bad shape i am re-thinking whether to keep studying or whether its just time waste. Since 3 years i am doing labour type of jobs which does not yield anything to me for survival and to pay my expenses. I have the quest to learn everything but as soon as i sit in front of the computer i listen to music or read something else. What should i do to stay more focused? What should i do to make myself believe confident. Is there still scope of IT in todays world? Kindly advise.

I am 61. I have a partial removable denture(upper). I also have bridges in both upper and lower. I was suggested to go for implants. Will it be okay to go for implants at a later part of the life. Is it safe both health and moneywise ? Will it be cheaper if we go for full implant with 4 in one ; if so it may need to wait for few more year let other teeth will also fall.. Please be assured, AGE isn't a barrier for implants. But overall health is a factor. Your dentist will assess your bone density, gum health, and general medical history before he places your implants.

Implants have some definite advantages over removable dentures. They provide a stable and secure fit, improved chewing and speech.
And with proper care may last for 10-15 years or more.
On the negative side, upfront cost of implants can be higher, surgery cannot be avoided and healing can take 3-6 months.

Cost-wise, Implants can be more cost-effective in the long run.
"All-on-4" implants might be cheaper than individual implants, but waiting might lead to deterioration of bone health, making the process more complex.

Consult your dentist about:
- Your specific oral health situation
- Bone density scan (to check if you have enough bone for implants)

My 12 year old son has 2 parallel lines of teeth. One front and the other behind. So far in the behind only 2 teeths are there one in each side. Will this cause any serious issues for him? He has speech problem. Could this be the reason? Does he need to take any immediate corrective procedure?

This situation of "2 parallel lines of teeth" arises when permanent teeth erupt BEFORE the deciduous teeth (or milk teeth) have been shed. This indicates a mis-alignment of the permanent teeth. The shedding of milk teeth is dependent on the permanent teeth exerting pressure on them as they grow.
This mis-alignment, indeed, could be the cause of his speech problem.
My advice to you is to consult a competent pediatric dentist or an orthodontist (a dentist who realigns crooked teeth) soon so that corrective measures can be taken.

I went to dentist i got broken teeth cemented . dentist advised me not to chew anything with cemented teeth it's a life time instruction. Honestly, it's best to follow your dentist's advice, but I understand your problem. Eating can be a challenge.
Please ask your dentist about sturdier alternatives like dental crowns or bridges. These can provide extra protection and might let you chew more comfortably.

In the meantime, stick to soft foods which do not put pressure on your compromised teeth, or soups. You can also try cutting your food into smaller pieces to reduce pressure on the tooth.

I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Every home has a different routine and share of responsibilities. So, there's no standard norm to challenge it as normal or not!
So, if you want your husband to pitch in, then say it in clear terms, especially since he has told you to tell him what to do.
Once you have told him, do make sure to ask him: Will you find it convenient to do it now or later? If later, when?
This will ensure that he makes a statement of commitment, so there's no question of forgetting it, right? Play it smart...it's better than feeling bad about the situation or mulling over why something does not work.
