My company put me in a situation where I had no option but to resign. They accepted my resignation within two hrs. I was not having any other offer in my hand. My notice period would have been 15 days. I resigned on 1st of February 2024 and the company has still not provided me the acceptance as they are forcing me to change the subject of my resignation mail which mentions it to be a forceful resignation. My FNF is also not done.

Ans: I’m sorry to hear about your situation. But I can suggest some general steps you might consider:

Document Everything: Keep a record of all communications with the company. This includes your original resignation email and any subsequent correspondence.
Legal Advice: It might be beneficial to consult with a legal expert or a labor attorney who can provide advice based on your specific situation and local labor laws.
Human Resources: If you haven’t already, you might want to bring this issue to the attention of your company’s Human Resources department. They may be able to assist in resolving the issue.
Labor Board or Union: If your company isn’t responsive, you could consider reaching out to your local labor board or, if applicable, your union representative.
Remember, it’s important to seek professional advice in situations like these. I hope things get resolved for you soon.
