03. लोन की राशि कुछ समय बाद, टोकन ब्याज के साथ पत्नी से वापस प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
04. धारा 54-एफ के तहत छूट केवल तभी उपलब्ध है, जब आप खरीदी गई भूमि पर निर्दिष्ट समय (3 वर्ष) के भीतर आवासीय घर बनाते हैं। वैकल्पिक रूप से, आप LTCG अर्जित करने से 1 वर्ष पहले या 2 वर्ष बाद एक निर्मित घर भी खरीद सकते हैं। हालांकि, इस मामले में संपत्ति आपकी पत्नी के नाम पर खरीदी जाएगी।
