प्रिय महोदय, मैं 2020 तक निजी कर्मचारी था और मेरे पास NPS खाता (सभी नागरिक योजना) था और मैं 2012 से इसमें योगदान दे रहा था। अब 2020 से मैं सरकारी संगठन में शामिल हो गया हूँ और खाता सभी नागरिकों से केंद्र सरकार के क्षेत्र में स्थानांतरित हो गया है। अब मेरा संदेह या प्रश्न यह है कि क्या मैं वह राशि निकाल सकता हूँ जो मैंने सभी नागरिक योजना में रहते हुए जमा की थी। आपके उत्तर और सुझावों की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूँ।

मुझे सरकारी एनपीएस को व्यक्तिगत एनपीएस में स्थानांतरित करने के बारे में जानना है। मेरे मामले में, मैं 2013 में एडहॉक आधार पर एक राज्य सरकार संगठन में शामिल हुआ और संगठन ने मेरे लिए एक एनपीएस खाता खोला और एक पीआरएएन प्राप्त किया। उसके बाद, हमने (कर्मचारी और नियोक्ता) लगातार मेरे एनपीएस खाते में मासिक योगदान दिया। अब मार्च 2022 में मेरा तदर्थ कार्यकाल पूरा हो गया और मैंने संगठन छोड़ दिया। अब मैं एक अलग संगठन में हूं, जहां एनपीएस योजना सक्रिय नहीं है। अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप मुझे कोई उपाय बताने की कृपा करें। साथ ही सुझाव देने का अनुरोध किया कि क्या मैं अपना एनपीएस खाता जारी रख सकता हूं, यदि हां, तो कृपया इसके लिए रास्ता सुझाएं। उसके लिए क्या करना होगा? इस संबंध में काफी जानने की कोशिश की गई लेकिन फिर भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। यदि आप कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान बता सकें तो मैं आपका आभारी रहूँगा।

Ans: आप भारत के सभी नागरिक क्षेत्र के तहत PRAN जारी रख सकते हैं। आपको इंटर सेक्टर शिफ्टिंग (आईएसएस-1) फॉर्म अपनी पसंद के पीओपी-एसपी के पास जमा करना होगा। इसके बाद यदि आप अपनी नौकरी बदलते हैं और एनपीएस के तहत पंजीकृत किसी संगठन में शामिल होते हैं, तो आप जिस कॉर्पोरेट में शामिल होते हैं, उसके द्वारा सीएस-एस3 फॉर्म जमा करके पीआरएएन जारी रख सकते हैं।

प्रिय महोदय, मेरे पास एनपीएस में लगभग 2.5 लाख रुपये हैं जो लगभग 4 वर्षों में जमा किए गए हैं। अब मैं पिछले 2 वर्षों से जर्मनी चला गया हूं। क्या मैं पूरी राशि निकाल सकता हूँ और कैसे? धन्यवाद!

Ans: खाता खोलने के 10 साल बाद ही आप अपना एनपीएस खाता समय से पहले बंद कर सकते हैं। और यदि आप ऐसा करते हैं, तो आपको वार्षिकी योजना खरीदने के लिए 80 प्रतिशत धनराशि का उपयोग करना होगा। यहां भी, यदि आपकी कुल धनराशि 5 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं है तो आपको छूट दी जा सकती है। ऐसे मामलों में, आपको वार्षिकी योजना खरीदने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

आपको अपने नियमित बचत बैंक खाते को एनआरई या एनआरओ खाते में परिवर्तित करवाना होगा। वह अनिवार्य है.

एक बार जब आपका बैंक खाता परिवर्तित हो जाता है, तो आपको एनपीएस रिकॉर्ड में अपनी स्थिति को एक निवासी भारतीय से एनआरआई में बदलवाना होगा।

सर, मुझे रेलवे से अनाधिकृत अनुपस्थिति के कारण निकाल दिया गया है। और अगर मैं अब किसी अन्य केंद्रीय या राज्य सरकार की नौकरी में शामिल हो जाता हूं तो मेरे एनपीएस खाते का क्या होगा। क्या इसे स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है?

Ans: नियोक्ता के प्रकार के आधार पर, लागू NPS मॉडल बदल सकता है। ट्रांसफर करने की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है। आपका योगदान उसी NPS टियर I खाते में जारी रह सकता है।

With a 450 score, chances are very slim to get an MBBS seat in GMC. Choosing between the two, if possible, prefer BHMS

Could you suggest that going for ECE at Thapar is better or IT/ECE at one of the colleges through COMEDK like RVCE, MS Ramaiah, BMS Coll. of Engg.

If possible, prefer ECE @ RVCE or MSR, or BMS compared to ECE @ Thapar to reduce your expenses. Yet, give preference to RVCE.

Back to Reddit Answers I scored 93 percentile in JEE MAINS B.PLAN with OBC-NCL Rank 592. In addition to that I also scored 83 percentile in JEE MAINS B.E/B.TECH Paper and 77 percentile in JEE MAINS B.ARCH Paper. Can I get top nits in India?
