मैं एक फ्लैट का मालिक बनने जा रहा हूँ। मैंने इसे 2011 में खरीदा था। इस पर कानूनी विवाद था और हम सुप्रीम कोर्ट गए। अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हमें 35 लाख की एकमुश्त राशि का भुगतान करने और फ्लैट का मालिक बनने का आदेश दिया है, जिसमें 12 साल तक फ्लैट का रखरखाव शामिल है। लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन पाने के लिए मैं फ्लैट कब बेच सकता हूँ?

35 लाख रुपये का रखरखाव हिस्सा केवल 1 लाख रुपये है और यह केवल 20 महीने के रखरखाव के बराबर है, इसलिए यदि मैं रजिस्ट्री के बाद 4 महीने तक फ्लैट रखता हूं तो क्या मुझे LTCG का लाभ मिलेगा?
