नमस्ते सर, मेरे पिता ने वर्ष 1993 में 2 लाख में एक संपत्ति खरीदी थी, अब वे इसे लगभग 8 करोड़ में बेचने की योजना बना रहे हैं, उन्हें कितना कर देना होगा, इस राशि का निवेश कहां करना होगा, उन्हें काले धन में 2 करोड़ भी मिल सकते हैं, उस राशि का क्या करना होगा और हम इस राशि से 2 लाख की मासिक आय उत्पन्न करना चाहते हैं।
