Mera beta 17year ka hai bhut gussa karta hai aur samjhane per irritate hota hai

Ans: Dear Saroj,
Ab 17 saal mein yeh sab normal hi hota hai kyonki woh us padaav mein hain jab woh na bacche rahe na bade hue hain. Saath mein hormones upar-neeche hoti rahengi aur is wajah se gussa, roothna, rona ityadi yeh sab hota rahega.
Uski parwarish ka tareeka ab thoda alag hona padega. Ab woh har baat aise hi nahin maanega, sawaal bahut karega, manaa karega aur isme aap apna aapaa kho sakte ho. yahi samay aapko saiyaam se kaam lena hoga. Chillane ya daantne se maamla aur bigad sakta hai...isiliye shaanti se sun lijiye...agar woh chilaaye toh shaant rahiye (mushkil hai), aur sawaal kijiye usse ki aap uska saath kaise de sakte hai pareshaani mein?

Par agar yeh naaraazgi use parivaar, padhaai aur doston se door le jaa raha hai tab kuch toh zaroora karna padega. Phir ek counselor ki zaroorat padegi. yeh jaanana padega ki is gusse ka koi aur gehra kaaran to nahin...

Kuch na karne ki chaahat bhi ek aadat ban sakti hai jaise aap mein hua hai.
Kuch karna hai zindagi mein toh, jis jagah mein ho aap, uthiye aur plan banaiye aur aage badhiye. Haan yeh bhi ho sakta hai ki har waqt kaamiyaabi aapke saath na de, par yahi toh zindagi ki seekh bhi hai; kuch haarna kuch jeetna. 34 ke umr mein agar ab bhi aap soch rahein ho ki kya karna chahiye, toh shaayd zindagi mein aapne bahut mauke gawaa chuke hain...mauke har waqt nahin aate...haan, aur ek baat...kuch toh aapme aisi baat hogi joh aap kisi kaam mein daal sakte ho...aaj kal log online se hi kaam kar lete hain. kuch log business/vyapaar mein dilchaspi rakhte hain...
Dhoondhiye ki aapko kis cheez mein dilchaspi hai; kisi dost ke saath baithke aap is baat ka soch vichaar kar sakte hain. Yeh sab karne ke baad pehle kadam toh aapko hi uthaana padega...Ghode ko taalaab tak le jaa sakte hain par jhuk ke paani peena toh usi ko karna hota hai...

Meri sadi ko 13 saal ho gaye mere 3 bachche h my son 11 year,and 6 year and my daughter is 3 month ke h. Meri aarthik isthiti tik nahi h.likin kaise b ho ghar chal raha h kabhi kabhi aisa lagata h.ki main apni pariwar ki sabhi jarurat ko pura nahi kar pa raha hu.meri wife kabhi kabhi mujhse ghusse me (Teri aukad nahi h.ghar chalane ki) bolti h.main bahut haert ho jata ho. Or thoda gilti feel hota.h.main kaise manage karu.pls reply

Logon ka kya hai...taane maarne mein maahir hote hain...Jitna aap nazarandaaz karoge utna hi aap shantipoorvak jee sakte hain...yahaan par aapki patni bhi shaamil hain...kya karein? Agar unke nazariye se dekhe toh unki taraf se woh galat nahin hai...aaj kal TV aur internet hume yeh ehsaas dilaata rehta hai ki jitna bhi ho woh kam hi hai...
Tassalli ke liye aap yeh soche ki unko chamkeeli duniya dikhti hai aapki pareshaani nahin...

Ghar ke saamaanya zarooraton ko aap pehla poora karein aur agar aapke paas kuch samay bachta hai din mein ya shanivaar aur ravivaar ko aap ghar se hi computer pe tuition/coaching kar sakte hain. Jab aapko lage ki ghar ki stithi theek hone lagi hain, tab aap kabhi bhi yeh karna band kar sakte hain...Guilty hona ya na hona, yeh aap pe nirbhar hota hai...aapne kiya kya hai ki guilty feel karne ke liye...jitna aapse ban pad raha hai aap kar rahe ho...aapki patni ki baaton ka bura mat maaniye...woh toh sirf apne khayaal aapke saamne rakh rahi hain aapko tok ke...par jab aap jaante hain ki aap sacche mann se jitna ho raha hai kar rahe ho, toh sukoon se rahiye...bas extra income ka zariye dhoondhiye...

I am working in a software MNC for 10+ years. My company has been laying off people last couple of years as cost cutting measure. Now Management is putting undue pressure on me to resign to avoid paying severance. They are trying to implicate me in false PIP if I don't resign myself. What should I do?

Ans: Dismissal could be temporary, while termination is permanent.

Both can be on account of misconduct
