I had purchased 100 shares of crompton greaves for rs.373 six months back. Now it is trading at rs.256.hold or sell

Ans: Decline in Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (QoQ)
Decline in Quarterly Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (YoY)
Declining Revenue every quarter for the past 2 quarters
Declining Net Cash Flow : Companies not able to generate net cash
Data is bad but both FII and DII have added in last quarter, there is a huge competition in white goods segment but crompton is innovating.
The exits by private equity investors as well as the senior management of Crompton raise concerns related to continuation of its business strategy which may result in lower valuation multiples, we believe. Promeet Ghosh, new MD & CEO, has articulated his strategy as (1) driving sustainability, (2) innovation and digitisation and (3) investments in branding.
I think you should average here and hold it for a period of at least 5yrs from here. Good companies in Bad times are always good for long term.
