Ans: Decline in Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (QoQ)
Decline in Quarterly Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (YoY)
Declining Revenue every quarter for the past 2 quarters
Declining Net Cash Flow : Companies not able to generate net cash
Data is bad but both FII and DII have added in last quarter, there is a huge competition in white goods segment but crompton is innovating.

Promeet Ghosh, new MD & CEO, has articulated his strategy as (1) driving sustainability, (2) innovation and digitisation and (3) investments in branding.
I think you should average here and hold it for a period of at least 5yrs from here. Good companies in Bad times are always good for long term.
