I availed home loan of 27,00,000/- and the outstanding is 21,00,000/- as of now and the remaining EMI is 89 out of 120. How can repay the loan within six years. I am getting 56k in hand and I am a government employee?

Ans: Hello;

You may do a partial withdrawal(10-15 L) from your GPF corpus and use it to repay part of the loan.

As the outstanding loan will reduce so will the EMIs required to repay it.

Hello Sir, I m 44 year old women having 29 lakhs in equity & ELSS, 6 lakhs in PPF and 25 lakhs in FDs...I have retired now as was tired of doing sales job ..my question is I have 12 lakhs home loan to repay...my monthly expenses is 25k ...shall I pay that loan amount entirely now or the emi of 23 k till 2029 is feasible in my case?..

Hi sir thnku in advance. I am 28M,working in central govt job. It has just been one year and I plan on retiring very early around a 35 years of age. I have nps tier 1 account due to the job. I just have one query since I don't plan on marrying and I am alone with my own home. My expenses are max 18k per month. I hardly travel and live a very frugal life. So my query if I resign at 35 years then will 50 lakhs will sustain me for 15 years keeping in mind the inflation and my return as 7% on an average.
