Sir I have been suffering from right bundle branch block and I heard that there is no treatment for this. I have been taking supplements like omega 3 since 2019. Do I need to take this forever or is there any alternative?

Ans: Hell Jayanta,
Usually if a right bundle block is not giving symptoms as such it is considered as a benign condition by Drs and not something to worry about. About the supplements etc better to discuss once with your cardiologist or general physician. You should check your vit d3 and b12 levels too if not checked recently.
Overall for any heart condition maintaining a healthy diet is very important so it would be good to once consult a nutritionist. It can play a huge role. Also getting adequate and deep sleep is important. Definitely moderate exercises like walking, yoga, pranayama can help a lot.

i have severe pain in shoulder and hand. the pain stays for long though intensity varies. My MRI showed disc procession at C5 and C4 to some extent. Doctor gave me nerve root block injetion. Pain reduce for 10 days but its back. Right now I am taking lyrica 75mg at night and SoS is flexura D.. Physiotherapy also not elping me... I am 47.

Ans: Hello Anonymous,
For disc issues there is a treatment called the Mckenzie treatment. Please check for a physiotherapist certified in The McKenzie treatment and someone who does dry needling and myofascia release.

I am 78 years old. I had open heart bypass surgery in the year 1994. In January, 2023 , I was provided 2 stents in one of the artery. Presently, I have been prescribed Brilent a, Rosuvas, Nebicard,Isolazine, Nikoran, and Dytor. I have been taking these medicines regulary but I am unable to walk more than 500 meters in the morning as Angina pain starts. Not only that there is swelling on both the feet upto calf level , As my Hemoglobin has fallen to 8 only, I have also been recommended iron capsules. What is your expert advice for me. Thanks and Regards.

Ans: Exertional dyspnoea denotes your cardigan efficiency is low. Please practise some gentle yoga and Pranayama. Have a fixed routine and rhythm in diet,and sleep. Already so many medicines are there to support. In the diet go for seasonal veggies and have early dinner by 6/6.30pm

How well is your BP regulated, is most important. Diabetes and Hypertension are lifestyle diseases
So in your life manage the stress and bring some positive changes in your dietary disciplines and Physical exercise.
Imagine if your garden hose is opened up with full force and that forceful water under pressure is watering the plants that's the Impact on the organs due to the supply of blood with pressure.
So far the changes are not to get worried about but time to work out ways to address

Sir, i am 48 years old and working in gulf country since 1997, almost 27 years, 2 years before i had heart issue, and doctor did the heart catrization procedure and they put the one stent, i continue taken the BP, calostrol and sugar mediation. i have hi potential, other than no issue, i need to stop the other medicine but doctor told me i have to continue, every day i am taken 5 medicine. please advise

Ans: To get out of the supportive medication, you need to strictly follow certain disciplines in yourlifestyle
1.Timely meals-Atleast early dinner by 6 pm
2.Periodic fasting(varies with your ability and will) , maybe once a fortnight
3.Regular exercise according to your ability, safest-walks 30 mts five days a week

My father have sold property at 60 lakh and want to divide the amount between us ( we are 2 brothers) to purchase individual properties. But if they gift us then long term capital gain tax of 7.5 lakh is applicable on same. Please advise if he can take 2 properties on his name jointly with us. And if we can apply laon for extra amount that will occur on buying those two properties. Here, I meant 2 separate loans ( one on my name and 1 on my brother name). We want the resolution to avoid capital gain tax and separate properties buying for me and my brother.

I have taken a policy from SBI Life insurance Retire Smart plan. The policy is for 10 years with a premium payment for 5 years. I have taken the policy in February 2020 and with this month 5 yearsare completed. Now, I want to come out of this. How can I come out with minimum loss.? Can I surrender or close?

Even if you surrender now you can get 60% of your fund value, after deducting charges, and for the balance 40% you have buy an annuity from SBI Life.

This is as per terms and conditions mentioned in the brochure of this plan.

With 97.7 %tile, under OBC-NCL, female category, she may get admission in one of the NITs but not surely in Trichy. You may have to compromise the NIT and branch.

For the All India Quota (AIQ) in NEET, only the central OBC-NCL list is considered. If your OBC-NCL certificate is from your state but your caste is not in the central OBC list, then it will not be valid for AIQ reservations. If your caste is in both the state and central OBC lists, apply for a central OBC-NCL certificate to use it for AIQ in NEET.

Under the ST category, your son can get admission to one of the NITs. But the chances of getting AI+ML may be challenging. Hence keep other branches' options open. Best of luck to your son.
