This question i am asking for my wife who is 46 years old. We are in Ras al khaimah, UAE. She is facing issues with sleep. She is a house wife and our kids are grown up with only 2 daughters with us. Eldest daughter is doing her final year MBBS and second daughter completed her 12th and presently doing online coaching for NEET 2023. Youngest daughter is in 10th standard. She does all house hold chores herself. We follow strictly routine of 9.30 pm going to bed and get up at 5 am in the morning. She gets sleep by 12 or 1 pm and always get sleep deprived. She doesnt do any noon nap etc too. Kindly suggest how she can get over this issue. We are strictly vegetarian and since from south india loves coffee but limit to 1 only at around 10 or 10.30 am only.

Ans: Engaging her physical, emotional and mental faculties, working them out will help her
Physical exercices, emotional expressions through art, and actively engaging the mind in creative activities will bring in balance and help for restful sleep.
It is always the quality and not the quality of sleep that matters. If your wife is happy and active with that 4-5 hrs of sleep, then it's ok
