Health I am 53 years old. from last many years , I am finding difficulty to sleep uninterruptedly which is 3 to 4 hours at a stretch. I sleep around 11pm daily and do not rest during day also. My work routine is not hectic and also not too stressful. Due to this I feel tired and unenthusiastic. I exercise 2/3 times in a week which is not very vigorous and also I have a very light meal at night. Pl guide

Ans: Hi Swapnil,
Excessive exertion also makes it difficult for the body to relax. I suggest you relax for a few hours without digital exposure before going to bed. Have a bath or at least wash your feet, practice deep breathing, meditation for 15-20 minutes before going to bed. This relaxes the mind so you can get deep sleep, unlike going straight to bed after a hectic schedule. You can also try aroma therapy with natural oils to relax the mind.
