good morning madam, i am 62 years, my HbA1c is 6.2, fasting 112, pp 160 to 200 . taking istavel-D after breakfast. my problem is after 11-30 am to till i finish lunch, my hypoglycemia levels are very low and i am becoming weak and giddiness, fatigue, eye blurring. Whether I am wrongly using sugar tablet with high dose. what shall I take for my problem.

Ans: Reactive hypoglycemia occurs after meals, typically 2 to 5 hours later. It’s different from fasting hypoglycemia, which happens when you haven’t eaten for an extended period. It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional/doctor to discuss your specific situation and get personalized advice. It may require modifications of your medicine dosage. In the meanwhile, make sure to eat some carbohydrate foods 2 hours after breakfast to avoid blood sugar drops.

Ans: Lifestyle diseases need to be addressed through lifestyle changes to tune with the rhythm of life.No amount of external agent can do wonder alone.So please look at what comes to your stomach and what activities burn them.even stress can keep your sugar elevated.Stress cannot be avoided ,but i am sure one can choose where do i choose to meet it

Sir i am diabetic from last 20 years i am taking medicine but fasting sugar does not come in control and comes as 175-180 however random readings and after 2 hours sugar readings are well in control around 135-145. sir suggest what to do
