Mam , since few months I am not able to remember things what did I do yesterday, anything regarding , eating food, talking to someone related work, I have to put pressure on my mind what did I had it or , even if I note it down to remember what did I do or what has to be done, I just don't remember that too, I am facing big problem in my work for daily routine. my age is 50. and I survived from Covid

Ans: Please consult a neurologist and ask for suggestions if need be get an MRI done to rule our micro infarcts

Ans: Dear Rashesh, keeping a priority to-do list, should be created. Check which activity takes precedence and do that in the order.
Create a whatsapp group with yourself, speak(leave a voice message) or write the important things and then accordingly do them so that you do not miss them.
Have a office buddy who reminds you of your tasks- it could even be a post-it on your desktop screen.
For weight concerns, kindly consult a nutritionist.

Hello,this is raghav my wife aged 40yrs, is an MS patient since 1999,after deliver of our child in 2012,she was suffering from headache and low BP which resulted in her havine epilepsy episodesin feb 2014,it was a severe attack as she was unconscious for almost 72hours since then she had 9 episodes till now ,the last being in feb2021.The problem with her now is she suffering from memory loss,do not remember any immediate incidents her Hb is 11+. My query what should i do for her,so that she regains her some memory alleast Thanks

Ans: She will need to be evaluated by a neurologist . Some of the tests that might have to be done are the Thyroid functions, Sr B12 levels, Electrolytes, Liver function. May also need to undergo an MRI of the brain

Ans: Procrastination is done when you are looking for long term goals,try to set up short term goals and it can be written down in your goals sheet and mark them when completed , this has to be done daily.
