Hello ,i started walking and jogging 4.5 kms avg for the past three months .I reduced my food intake particularly carbohydrates. I am taking thyronorm 25 m cg regularly. Suddenly my weight got reduced 83.5 to 78.5 . No i am under weight i should around 81.is it ok . or i have to change my diet

Ans: Measures to being fit include eating a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise. Calorie deficit in your diet should be done only based on your BMI, nutritional requirements and any prevalent health condition. Eating less than your requirements can lead to nutritional deficiencies and loss of lean mass which will be seen as a loss of body weight. Make sure to include high protein foods like low fat milk and milk products, lean meat, eggs, beans, sprouts, nuts, etc.; high complex carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits and vegetables, etc. Avoid high fat and sugary foods. Drink plenty of water and sleep well.
