43 Year Old Man Loses 6 Kgs in 4 Months: Is Weight Loss Normal?

hi Komal, My Age is 49, my height is 5'7", my weight is 75Kg, I do exercise for 45 Mins to 1 hrs getting lot of sweat out, i take 2 times Veg meal, already skipped Tea & minimized sweet intake & almost by-passed Rice & even outside meals, but my weight is not lowing down from Last 2 months, plz suggest what should i do

In Feb month My Hb1Ac was 5.0 , Doctor asked me check fasting c peptide which was 2.4 . As per the report the result of 2.0 to 4.0 is normal. doctor told me not to worry and advised me take more proteins in my diet. From May month I am regularly going for walking 4.5 kms daily and reduced taking carbohydrates.. Suddenly my weight reduced from 83.5 to 79.5 in last two months . is it ok or it is abnormal. I am taking thryonorm25mcg regularly

Hello ,i started walking and jogging 4.5 kms avg for the past three months .I reduced my food intake particularly carbohydrates. I am taking thyronorm 25 m cg regularly. Suddenly my weight got reduced 83.5 to 78.5 . No i am under weight i should around 81.is it ok . or i have to change my diet

Hi Mam, I am 39yr old. 5.65 feet tall. Always a lean guy, from my childhood. I am an active person. Plays cricket regularly. I have been suffering with digestion issues for about 20yrs. Got treated for IBS 10yrs back. Other doctor told me, I have excessive bile secretion. But nothing worked. Stopped medications. Always felt bloated. My weight was maintained from 58kgs to 56kgs. Felt I was developing a belly without gaining weight. Felt something was wrong. So two months back, I stopped having dairy foods except buttermilk and ghee. No coffee or tea. Reduced the intake of sugar and processed food too. Now, i feel lot more lighter, healthier and feeling more hungrier. But my weight is reduced to 54kgs. Is it a concern? Should I worry abt it? What shud I do to arrest my further loss of weight?? Thank u
