hi Komal, My Age is 49, my height is 5'7", my weight is 75Kg, I do exercise for 45 Mins to 1 hrs getting lot of sweat out, i take 2 times Veg meal, already skipped Tea & minimized sweet intake & almost by-passed Rice & even outside meals, but my weight is not lowing down from Last 2 months, plz suggest what should i do

Weight loss may reach a plateau but your exercises must include weight training which will help increase lean mass. Ensure consumption of low fat high protein foods. Have regular high fiber low carbohydrate meals within your requirements. .
