My creatinine level is 0.92, often take beer on weekends (5 cans) and ocassionally use tobacco, though m vegeterian. WIll the above exercise help me in keeping my kidney in good shape. Kindly advise

Ans: The information you have provided indicates these parameters within normal limit with minor variations.
Your lifestyle is also fairly good except you can stop tobacco use immediately and either stop or reduce beer consumption.

S. Creatinine less than 1.1 is usually fine. However, please use online tools to assess your eGFR.
These findings need to be corroborated with clinical condition. However, seems fine.

Keep good lifestyle maintained.
