My HbA1C was 8.6 was advised T Glycinorm 80 2-2-0 and T Jalra 50 0-1-1 now after 3 months my HbA1C 7.9 also do tests at home on glucometer. On Average Fasting 80-90 P. P. 170- 180. Please Advice Modification. and Advice Thanks.

Ans: For lowering blood sugar levels, follow a diet rich with complex and high fibre carbohydrates like brown rice, brown bread, ragi, multi grains etc. Consume slim milk, buttermilk and yogurt made up of toned milk per day
Consume dark green leafy vegetables at least once in 3 days. Consume low calorie fruits such as apple, papaya and citrus fruits on daily basis. Include lean meat such as egg white, fish and chicken. Avoid sugars- white sugar, brown sugar, jaggary, icing sugar, frosting and its products such as candies, sweets, cakes, maple syrup, corn syrup. Follow regular daily exercises to increase your metabolic rate and lower body fat.
