Good Evening Madam. My son Is always disobeys her mother. He needs only Mobile. During the time school has a holiday; he only watches mobile and disobey parents. Not ready to get-up early morning. Not interested in Studies at all. Ruthless Boy ages 11 years. Regards Neeraj Singhal

Ans: Most of the time when they have screen addiction,it's difficult for them to develop intrest in the alternative skills or studies. This can be due to less attention skills due to screen time. See what is he interested in apart from the screen addiction, help him develop hobbies which are of his interest and it can be sports too. This will help him to focus better on his studies too.

Respected sir I have a son and two daughters and my husband works out of country and and all my children are adults and only take care of them.my son is eighteen years of age he is in engineering first year but don't study and engaged in girls and bussy in Instagram and phone calls whole night .if I scold him he misbehave with me.what should I do iam mentally disturbed because of him pls suggest good advice.

Well, your son is at an age where his focus is getting validation from girls. And he's just doing that...
Is there a father figure or some male member within the family who can take on the role of stepping in as your husband is away? This person can help guide your son back where he starts to focus on academics and understanding that social circles are just part of his life and right now the focus must be on his studies...if he still does not change, kindly call your husband back for a few weeks to take care of the situation...the boy needs his father/father figure who can be firm with him and yet appeal to him at this juncture of life.
It does not mean that as a mother you can't do this...It's just that he isn't responding to you and that's why I am making an alternate suggestion...Make this attempt and see what happens...

My son is 19 years of age.He is very lazy and interested only in mobile and computer games.He has appeared for 12th board this year,but has not worked hard at all in studies or career.He wastes his time in mobile only and is very stubborn and misbehaved child.I would love to to get him treated but he never listen to whatever we say.He is not at all social also and has no friends.We are tired dealing with him.Suggest something please.

Ans: Dear Parent , I could feel pain from your message . There are many such c ases where children are addicted to Mobile for games or watching videos of no use. In fact scientists compare mobile addiction with Opium like addiction where users stay on mobile for as long as 15-20 hrs a day. Why don't you ask him for getting into development of Mobile apps by learning coding ..? Or even ethical Hacking if you are sure he is not getting not wrong direction. Or in worst case , get him into some businesses like Selling Mobile and its accessaries. He needs to use his negative qualities into positive strengths through soft counselling only.

Ans: OMG Mr Manoj...please take external help, take him to a doctor and get your beautiful son back into the family fold. He needs help and a father/family needs to stand with him like a rock to get him back to living a good life. See where he goes, what he does and then talk to him!! Don't blame, don't criticize...your son needs you... Just be there for him, he is yours ...nobody can do what you can do. I'm getting core branches other than mechanical at pec Chandigarh and IT at uiet Chandigarh. I have interest in tech field but uiet doesn't have much good on campus placement record and also not so strong alumni ( on basis of as much I got to know from seniors) so can I take core branch at pec and develop skills by side. Hello sir, I'm a DASA student applying to IIITH for the 2025-26 batch. My current curriculum is the NSW HSC from Australia, which includes Mathematics and Physics but not Chemistry. IIITH requires Maths, Physics, and Chemistry for DASA eligibility, and I need to figure out how to add Chemistry.I've been looking into taking Chemistry through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), but I'm concerned because IIITH's brochure specifies that the subjects must be completed "outside India," and NIOS is an Indian board. I've emailed IIITH for clarification, but I'm still waiting for a response. Is NIOS accepted for DASA?

I’m sorry to say that education is not like a vegetable market or a biryani stall; it's not something that can be resolved in a single day. Education is about building a career.

If you want quality education, you must be willing to invest money. To find the best college in Uttar Pradesh, you need to gather information about the college's and hospital's infrastructure.

In your undergraduate studies, you will gain basic knowledge, and after completing your postgraduate studies, you will become an expert. The most important aspect of this education is that you need to learn the skills. Skills are more important than just knowledge.

To gather the necessary knowledge and skills, follow my advice and analyze the following factors:

1. The selected college should be in a convenient location (it shouldn't be in a remote area).
2. Investigate the bed occupancy rate of the hospital (number of inpatients).
3. Check the flow of outpatients.
4. Assess the infrastructure of the hospital.
5. Evaluate the infrastructure of the college.

Hello Sir, My name is Prashanth Kulkarni. I had joined a company at the age of 59, and the company started deducting my PF and also they made contribution to EPS also. Which I came to know that the EPS ceases at the age of 58. I resigned from the company and have applied for PF refund after cooling period. Now my claim is being rejected for want of clarification of EPS contribution after the age of 58. Please advise. Thanks and regards, Prashanth Kulkarni.
