Hi Doctor, I am 41 now. I am taking one tablet of Telmikind-CT40 daily in morning from past 8 years now. Also I am taking Triglynase-1 for diabetes for past 9 months. Currently my BP hovers at 120/80 to 130/90 whenever measured in morning. Though my sugar levels never comes good, mostly 135-180 in fasting. But Random for after breakfast also it is 150-200 only at most times despite taking the medication. The issue is I feel tired very much, sleep is inconsistent. I am a drinker (180 - 240 ml/night) this sometimes help me sleep. I think too much on each issue (my professional life has very little to no stress, but personal life has some stress elements). Please help me get out of this tiredness (weight-67 Kgs. / Height 5.6 in) (Diet - Non-veg (chicken or egg 4-5 times a week)) (Physical Activity/exercise - none)
