Good evening Doctor. I am 76 living with Diabetes and B.P for the last 7 years.i am on Tazloc AM 40 m.g in the morning and zitamet plus 500 m.g and Rozat 10 mg after dinner.I am continuing these drugs for a long time now.since i found vit.D level was mere 15.5 on many occasions when blood tests were taken,i am taking Remylin in the morning as per doctor's advice. My recent blood test reveals fasting sugar at 132 with h1abc at 6.2.My Tryclerizdes level is also marginally high at 155,but ldl and hdl levels are found within the range. I seek your valuable guidance in maintaining my overall health conditions and if any changes are needed, please let me know. I am on walking daily for not less than 45 minutes. I am also getting dizziness at times in the morning mostly and goes off after a certain time. Kindly advice me Doctor. Thank you

Ans: Dizziness in the morning could be due to postural hypotension
Whenever you get up from bed, turn to one side preferable to your right and get up and plabe feet on the ground by the side of the bed. Feel the Earth move your toes and gently get up stand with feet apart at shoulder width and gently move your toes and the start your day.
Your biochemical markers are OK. Not to worry.
But try and have your dinner by 6 pm. Even if you are on medication try and keep your medicine schedule between 7 am and 7 pm
So they are also well balanced
Avoid animal protein at dinner meal
