Please advise diet programme to maintain blood sugar level within permissible limits.

Ans: To maintain healthy blood sugar levels, follow a balanced diet rich in fiber, lean protein, and low-glycemic carbohydrates, while minimizing added sugars and refined grains. Spread carbs evenly across meals to avoid spikes. Include high fiber from vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. Lean Protein can be obtained from chicken, fish, tofu, eggs, and legumes to stabilize blood sugar and keep you full. Use olive oil, nuts, seeds, and avocado to support heart health and slow digestion and limit added sugars.
