Hi, I am 62 years old, with Coronart Arterieal disease, having undergone Angioplasty 17 years back. My weight was consitent at 74-76 Kgs ans waist 36" for last 20 years, but in last 3-4 years, it has suddenly shot up to now 84 kgs now since last 3-4 years. My height is 5'4". I also have developed high BP since pandemic time, and now taking Telma 40 twice a day, as advised by my cardio. This besides other medicines. I do brisk walk 30-40 mins, for 3-4 days in a week. This gets stopped during winter time, due sever pollution prevailing in Noida. Now, the query is how do I reduce my weight to 75 and redice waist size to 35-36" - over next 4-6 months? My diet is neither too light and neither too rich. I don't smoke but take moderate (60-90 ml) alcohol 2-3 times in a week. Please advise

Have you consulted a good nutrionist? A correct nutrition guideline can make a big difference in weight and to become overall fitter.
Also yoga is an excellent form of exercise so even on days you can't walk you can still do yoga indoors. Yoga can help to reduce waist size too.

Im married from last 3 months and we are from very conservative family. My wife and i never met before marriage and after marriage i asked her she had relationship before marriage but she denied. But after 3 months i received a call from her ex that she had relationship with him he had physical relationship with her atleast for 5 years straight and she had 2 bf before him too what should i do now with this information?
