I am 49 year old male. I am 5-4 in height. my weight is 84kg. I have mild BP (controlled) and Cholesterol. How to loose 10-15 kg weight in proper manner

Ans: I suggest you visit a naturopathy center for a detox and then follow a healthy diet (more greens), 14-16 hr gap between dinner and breakfast, strictly no eating after 8PM, no junk food especially at night. Start with slow walks 20-40 minutes gradually and pranayams (anulom vilom) in morning or at night before sleeping (min 1-2 hr gap from the last meal)
