Hi mam.I am 42 years old healthy female.I have heavy thighs and sagging skin around arms.please suggest some yoga postures to make arms and legs toned.

Ans: Namaste!
Start to work out slowly. Don’t rush into heavy workouts immediately. Four days of Yogasanas, two days of strength training and one day of complete rest. Focus on food and avoid eating fried food. Avoid maida and sugar completely. For one day of the week, stay on a juice diet. Surya Namaskars are great for you. Please enrol in a yoga class and start Practicing. Most importantly, keep a positive attitude.
