Given your rich experience in the agri marketing and co-operative credit society I would suggest just look back at all the problems that farmers and other users faced and see how you can help solve these problems. May be first year you just go back in the field and talk to them. Once you identify a problem that is good enough to solve for several people start working on them. You can look at how Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and other similar for profit ventures flourished across the world.
