Hello madam i am anju.i'm 36 years old. I'm complete M.phil computer science with B.ed. i am teacher in private school . I'm willing to work in abroad countries. How can i develop my knowledge and how can i improve my teaching skill.can you suggest any course detail and app?

I am always very happy when someone asks me, "how can I improve". This just proves that you are an individual who is very sorted, someone who knows her strengths and weaknesses. Your willingness to learn and improve is your strength. However at the age of 36 Anjali, it is also time to consolidate on your strengths, make them so huge that weaknesses are not visible.

You are a M Phil B Ed and have the experience of working as a teacher, this is your strength. If you are going to work as a teacher in English speaking countries, you need to develop good English writing and speaking skills. Seeing your message this needs improvement . Whichever country you are willing to work, you need to see the rules and degrees required for employability in that country. Additionally if you can learn a little bit of the culture and etiquette of that country, it'll always be an advantage.

Ans: It is a good way to earn income via programming languages and 15 years + experience is good. I would recommend that you can take online zoom meetings and if you are comfortable with traveling then you can also keep 2 days webinar or 1 week webinar on programming languages. With that you will get contacts also and a lot more people will be interested in learning the same and remember to make this as a certificate program.

I am a 30 yr old female, fresher in teaching field. I am M.Sc bioinformatics. I have also done B.Ed in 2021. I want to be a science teacher but I lack confidence and due to gap after my B.Ed, it is getting very difficult to get hired. I have tried giving interviews and demos but somehow in my demos I lack confidence and communication skills. I have scored 60 percent in CTET level 1 and currently will appear for CTET level 2 in coming July-24. Kindly suggest me some crash course which can help me in building my teaching skill. I am ready to invest 2-3 months also. I live in New Delhi past 4-5 yes now.

Suggest you start your youtube channel and upload your videos explaining concepts in simple ways...make these short videos of 8-12 min...This way you will gain confidence as you can always edit, re-do your video plus when you go for interview you can always show your channel, along with degree you will now have something to demonstrate as well.

My 12 year old son has 2 parallel lines of teeth. One front and the other behind. So far in the behind only 2 teeths are there one in each side. Will this cause any serious issues for him? He has speech problem. Could this be the reason? Does he need to take any immediate corrective procedure?

Ans: Hello
This situation of "2 parallel lines of teeth" arises when permanent teeth erupt BEFORE the deciduous teeth (or milk teeth) have been shed. This indicates a mis-alignment of the permanent teeth. The shedding of milk teeth is dependent on the permanent teeth exerting pressure on them as they grow.
This mis-alignment, indeed, could be the cause of his speech problem.
My advice to you is to consult a competent pediatric dentist or an orthodontist (a dentist who realigns crooked teeth) soon so that corrective measures can be taken.

I went to dentist i got broken teeth cemented . dentist advised me not to chew anything with cemented teeth it's a life time instruction. It is very discomfort to me .Is there any treatment such that I can chew even with repaired tooth

Sorry to hear about your fall and the resultant damage to your teeth.
Honestly, it's best to follow your dentist's advice, but I understand your problem. Eating can be a challenge.
Please ask your dentist about sturdier alternatives like dental crowns or bridges. These can provide extra protection and might let you chew more comfortably.

In the meantime, stick to soft foods which do not put pressure on your compromised teeth, or soups. You can also try cutting your food into smaller pieces to reduce pressure on the tooth.

My married ex still texts me for comfort. Because of him, I am unable to move on. He makes me feel guilty by saying he got married out of family pressure. His dad is a cardiac patient and mom is being treated for cancer. He comforts me by saying he will get separated soon and we will get married because he only loves me. We have been in a relationship for 14 years and despite everything we tried, his parents refused to accept me, so he chose to get married to someone who understands our situation. I don't know when he will separate from his wife. She knows about us too but she comes from a traditional family. She also confirmed there is no physical intimacy between them. I trust him, but is it worth losing my youth for him? Honestly, I am worried and very confused.

I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Hi Anu, My husband doesn't do house chores. We both work full-time, but I still end up cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. How can married couples divide responsibilities fairly to avoid fights?

Every home has a different routine and share of responsibilities. So, there's no standard norm to challenge it as normal or not!
So, if you want your husband to pitch in, then say it in clear terms, especially since he has told you to tell him what to do.
Once you have told him, do make sure to ask him: Will you find it convenient to do it now or later? If later, when?
This will ensure that he makes a statement of commitment, so there's no question of forgetting it, right? Play it smart...it's better than feeling bad about the situation or mulling over why something does not work.

I assume your son is not enrolled in any foundation program for the IIT Entrance Exam. He must enroll in good training institute, for a 2 year program. Please ensure the coaching is good, not some kind of franchisee taken by some local person. rest they will take care of. By 11th end his 70% syllabus must be over, means He starts in April 2026, then in Apr-May 2027 his 70% syllabus must have been completed.
