My son is earned BA LLB from one of the better known deemed universities in Universities in Bangalore and LLM from NLU Bangalore . He has done fairly well but the decertation did not go very well . He is presently teaching at a private university and wants to remain in the academic world . He is thinking of doing a second LLM from a foreign university in Europe finance permitting . Any advise regarding colleges , his area of interest is international law

Com Graduate in upcoming months and I have thought of doing 3 years LL.B. so while I was unsuccessful to apply in the Central University's 3 years LL.B. so now I have only choice left is to go for private university I think, so in furtherance I have applied in Lovely Professional, also I am considering Amity University Noida So can you suggest what other good private universities are available for 3 years LL.B.

I have done pcb in class 12th then i gave neet for 3 drops and failed..i was getting course adm beside mbbs bds in private colleges but i didnt took it now i dont want to study all this..im thinking now to give cat..I'm thinking to take bcom in finance and accounting from local colleges in city should i go for it or not? Or should i opt for agriculture, bsc nursing, pharma for 4 yrs for job security bt I'm worried of my age because I'm a girl..also i applied for BA IN IGNOU last year now I'm thinking go for offline bcom so that i can learn something and do some extracurriculars bt it will increase my 1 drop year also i want to ask that what should i do for make me profile good..i have 76% in 10th 70% in 12th

Ans: Can do 3 year BCom course and then prepare for MBA entrance exam like CAT. Do a specialised course like agriculture or nursing only if you are interested in it.

In 2023 I had given Ipmat exam along with Narsee Mojee and Mit for bba programee. I got selected in both narsee monjee and mit and got 30 marks less than the cut off in ipmat. Then in 2024 i had taken admission in a private college for bba and had given ipmat once again. And i had failed once again. Now I got stuck in this college for 2 more years. And is blind regarding what to do in future. Thinking about Cfa but its is costly and I cant afford to fail more than once in it.

Ans: Can do CFA course now along with your BBA. You can simultaneously start preparing for CAT26. Your IPMAT preparation would help you for CAT.

I pursued commerce in 12th and got 79 percent with maths in 12th i was preparing for Ipmat and got 245 marks in obc category and also got selected in nmims and mit for bba programme . But later i decided to get a dummy college for bba and once again prepare for ipmat but now i failed in the exam and i got stuck in the tier 3 college. I am confused what to pursue next . I am confused between cfa . Cat or mba from abroad.

My son got less than satisfactory marks in 12th board but has got chance in a private engineering college in biomedical engineering b.tech after scoring very good marks in their entrance exam. Please let me know about the prospects of B.tech in BME.

Ans: Biomedical Engineering - the scope is working in hospitals or companies that manufacture and sell these equipment. In India as of now there is not much scope for research in this field.
