Hello Sir, i am a working professional of 28 years age. Working in a big 4 firm with 5 years of experience currently. I am looking for some guidance on how do i start my preparation for Gmat so that i can get a cource of executive MBA. Also please let me ROI is better in Indian B school or institutes outside India. NOTE; i am sole bread earner in my family and will need to take loan for my studies. Currently working as consultant
Ans: Take a diagnostic test to determine your baseline score and identify strengths and weaknesses. Allocate consistent study time daily or weekly. Aim for 2-3 hours per day or 15-20 hours per week. Use reputable GMAT prep books (e.g., Official Guide for GMAT Review, Kaplan, Manhattan Prep).

Consider online or in-person GMAT prep courses if you prefer structured guidance and interaction with instructors.

Utilize Online Resources like GMAT Club and Beat The GMAT offer valuable advice and practice questions.

For Immediate ROI: Consider top Indian B-Schools, which offer quality education at a lower cost.
For Long-Term Global Career: Explore top international schools if you aim for a global career and can manage the higher initial costs.

Before you take a plunge
1. Look into specific executive MBA programs, their admission requirements, and placement statistics.
2. Research the average GMAT scores for your desired programs and set a realistic target.
3. Start exploring loan options and saving for your MBA expenses.
4. Work on your resume, essays, and letters of recommendation well in advance of application deadlines.
