i want a admission in colleges like dtu, nsut etc which take admission through jee mains but not have eligibility criteria llike iiits or nits so if did my 12th in 2026 again after doing it in 2024 12th with up board regular so am i eligible for these colleges

Ans: Zeyaad, The year of passing Class 12 is vital for BTech admissions at DTU, NSUT, and similar institutes that use JEE Main but have distinct eligibility criteria. According to the latest guidelines, students who passed 12th in 2024, 2025, or will appear in 2026 are eligible for JEE Main 2026; no age bar applies for these attempts. DTU and NSUT specifically require a minimum aggregate (usually 60%) in PCM and accept JEE Main scores for entry through JAC Delhi, without the three-year restriction on the “first attempt” rule found at NITs/IIITs. Thus, if you passed 12th in 2024 and reappear in 2026 (regular board), you can list your new 2026 mark sheet and become eligible for JEE Main 2026 and subsequent DTU/NSUT BTech admissions, as long as you meet subject and percentage requirements. Your newest (2026) 12th result will be recognized, and the application will be accepted—colleges only verify that you meet academic eligibility and appear in JEE Main for the relevant year. Institutes focus on your current, valid marksheet and JEE Main scorecard for the year you seek admission, not previous years’ attempts, and allow students to improve through repeat attempts in Class 12.

Recommendation: You are eligible to take JEE Main in 2026 using your new 12th mark sheet from 2026, and, if you achieve the required PCM percentage, you may use this result to apply for DTU/NSUT and similar colleges through JAC Delhi—making further BTech admission viable, with no bar due to previous attempts. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!

Sir, on top of that, there is one more thing that I forgot to tell you, that I had given the first time JEE Main with a 2024 marksheet, one time in April. After that, I gave this year's jan and April attempts, so am I going to be eligible in 2026 to give one last time this exam
Ans: You are eligible to appear for JEE Main one last time in 2026, completing the maximum three consecutive years and six attempts. Plan your preparation accordingly to maximize this final opportunity for admission into your desired engineering program.

Dating, Relationships Expert - Answered on Dec 04, 2025

Relationship
My married ex still texts me for comfort. Because of him, I am unable to move on. He makes me feel guilty by saying he got married out of family pressure. His dad is a cardiac patient and mom is being treated for cancer. He comforts me by saying he will get separated soon and we will get married because he only loves me. We have been in a relationship for 14 years and despite everything we tried, his parents refused to accept me, so he chose to get married to someone who understands our situation. I don't know when he will separate from his wife. She knows about us too but she comes from a traditional family. She also confirmed there is no physical intimacy between them. I trust him, but is it worth losing my youth for him? Honestly, I am worried and very confused.
Ans: Dear Anonymous,
I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Hope this helps
