मैंने 1987 से 31 दिसंबर 2021 तक 4 संगठनों में काम किया है। मेरा पीपीओ मूल और डीए कटौती पर अधिकतम कैप क्रमशः 5000 रुपये, 6500 रुपये और 15000 रुपये के साथ बनाया गया था, जिसमें दर्ज योगदान के रूप में भारित औसत सेवा अवधि 3954 रुपये मासिक पेंशन के रूप में आई, जो (15000÷70)*30 से कम है। मेरा संदेह नवंबर 2022 के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर है कि 2014 के बाद सेवानिवृत्त होने वालों को अंतिम मूल कटौती के 60 महीने के औसत के साथ उपरोक्त कारक को अंतिम रूप देने की आवश्यकता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर संशोधित पीपीओ प्राप्त करने के लिए ईपीएफओ से मेरे पीपीओ पर पुनर्विचार करने का अनुरोध कर सकता हूं। मुझे सुझाव देने का अनुरोध है।
