मुझे स्टॉक मार्केट में लगभग 2 लाख का नुकसान हुआ है..ज्यादातर वार्षिक वर्ष 2020-2021 के दौरान इंट्राडे..क्या मैं इस वर्ष का आईटीआर दिखा सकता हूं और टैक्स में कुछ राहत पा सकता हूं..मेरा वार्षिक पैकेज 13 लाख है, जिसमें कोई होम लोन नहीं है..लेकिन करीब 10 लाख का पर्सनल लोन है

Ans: शेयर होने के नाते पूंजीगत संपत्ति का हस्तांतरण उस वर्ष कर योग्य होता है जिसमें शेयर डी-मैट से स्थानांतरित किए जाते हैं।

इस प्रकार, यदि शेयर वित्त वर्ष 20-21 में स्थानांतरित किए गए, तो इसे वित्त वर्ष 21-22 में नहीं दिखाया जा सकता है।

इसके अलावा, इंट्राडे से होने वाला नुकसान सट्टा व्यवसाय के तहत प्रभार्य है और इसे वेतन आय के विरुद्ध समायोजित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
