Hello, I am 49 yrs old. I am getting neck pain. Also, once I carry even small weight I am facing neck pain. Please do give suggestion

Ans: Hello Srinivasa,
It would be better to visit a professional like an orthopedic/physiotherapist. They will need to check and understand the cause whether it is related to cervical bones or muscles. Accordingly the treatment can be given like Ultrasound, muscle trigger release, certain exercises or bone mobilisation.
Also you need to probably check your Vit D3/Vit B12 levels.

Dr Nidhi, What could I do so that I have an increased chance of solving my neck pain issue with a physiotherapist?

Ans: Dear Anonymous,
It is important to identify the right physiotherapist-mainly someone who does not use only machines but also manual therapy for treatment.
Manual therapy can consist of techniques like mobilization of neck bones, neck muscles release through myofascial release, cupping, IASTM or dry needling and certain exercises.
Once the physiotherapist has diagnosed the cause of your neck pain there are higher chances of your neck issue to be resolved.

Hello Doctor, I have pain on my back neck running till my right hand end. What is the reason & which specialist I should visit?

Ans: Pain in the neck could be due to postural defects. Holding head in an odd while working, or while sleeping could be the reason.
Now the pain radiating to the right hand end denotes that there is a nerve involvement at the root level.
This could be due degenerating cervical vertebra with disc protrusion pressing on the nerve roots.
You need to meet a neurologist and get the corrections in your ergonamics

Hi sir, I am 55 Years, I am getting neck pain since 6 months. I am also having Nerve pain in Right Hand from shoulder to wrist. I have consulted Neuro Surgeon and advised medicine KETO FLAM - P and HAPPY NERVE LC. I have used for one month. When i work on computer the pain will increase. Shall i use the above medicines further or shall i consult any physiotherapy. please suggest

Hi , I have severe neck pain and back pain for last 12 years did all therapy,trigger point , acupuncture oedtopathic but not getting relief but still back is getting better relief neck is still struggling to get relief.. Kindly advice not able to come out of it as per MRI scan 10 years back it says disc slip..post that not taken any scan..

Ans: You need to consult a spine specialist. He will examine you and decide whether another MRI is necessary
