How to Develop a Habit of getting up early in Morning at a fixed time ?

Ans: If you eat dinner latest by 8pm, go for a leisure walk around 08.30-9PM, avoid all digital media and practice 15 minutes meditation/ anulom vilom before going to bed no later than 10PM - you will definitely wake up early. Practice this for a week atleast to form a habit, you will surely get desired results in due course of time.

Have you done your blood tests like Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, cortisol levels at 8 a.m. etc.
Deficiency in any of these can make it difficult to sleep well and deep and wake up fresh.
If you have not done the tests please do your health profile and let me know. Will be able to guide you more scientifically then.
Also certain yoga pranayamas done at night can make you fall asleep sooner and wake up fresher and earlier.

Any habit happens because of repetition...similarly to form a new useful habit, you need to repeat it sufficient number of times for it to become an automatic behaviour.
But you will not be able to form that new habit till you can convince your brain that what you lose from the old habit, you will somehow gain with a new useful habit.
So, ask yourself, what it is that I gain by being on my phone late night? Is it fun? Is it keeping me away from loneliness?
Now create, the same through your new habit...the same fun, the same company...you can join a gym, you can be a hobby...
These are mere examples...now apply it on to your situation and change...
