Ans: All the companies are good indeed. But valuations remain an issue for the likes of Bajaj Finance, KPIT, etc. can review.

Ans: Sandeep Sir, based on son's percentile/score in 12th, it will be difficult for him to pursue Engineering. However, he can go for BCA and join any good college locally with Management Quota Seat.
