My institunal broker applied for an IPO, on my behah, The application had no slot for quantity or amount. My deposit with broker was 45 lakhs. .. I was alloted shares worth 75 lakhs. I had informed my institunal broker about my insbility to mopup such a large fund. The broker bloked my account and pressurised me to deposit balance . I flately submitted my insbility. Now IPO is opened up, but my funds are still not released. They are now trying to impose a penality of 10% of alloted amount i.e. 7.5 lakh. A part from this, penality too. Figure not conveyed yet. Moreover, all these to be paid first . Sir, I am a super senior citizen of 80yrs, I had deposited fund as a investor only, but now became a DEFAULTER snd crimal and lable to pay heavy amont. I do not know what exactly was the understanding between you and your broker.

However you may raise a grievance online with sebi scores portal.

Be prepared to provide your concern in a short and crisp format and upload documentary evidences of all requisite papers, in soft copy version.
