Ans: Company with No Debt
Annual Net Profits improving for last 2 years
Book Value per share Improving for last 2 years
The only thing is that company is not able to generate cash, if you are holding for more than 2 years then it would be a good stock, also you have to closely monitor the quarterly results, if you find anything which is against the company then its a EXIT.

My daughter has got RV College CSE via Comedk and we also paid fees due to the delay from KCET.now,we are also sure of getting Same college,same branch via KCET but comedk is saying they might not refund the fees paid .can you pls suggest your thoughts on this as if I end up paying via comedk the 4 years would be more than 12 lakhs and via KCET would be less than 5 lakhs for 4 years for same college and same branch but getting delayed due to KCET

Hello Sir,I am a 98%iler in Jee mains 2024 (30k) rank, getting PEC-Chandigarh Mechanical, NIT-Jalandhar & NIT Jsr Mechanical and MNNIT-Allahbad Production, IIEST Shibpur mechanical, i am not a coding enthusiasts and prefers core profession. Please make me a preference order. *some people have recommended me PEC over NIT-J, and PEC is par with NITs like kkr, surat. Is is true?
