MAM, MY WIFE AGED 52 YRS. UNDERWENT SURGERY IN JULY 23, FOR P2L2 WITH UTERINE FIBROID WITH RIGHT HYDROSALPINGX WITH LEFT TUBO OVARIAN MASS/SAIO/AGE. THEY HAVE REMOVED HER UTERUS, OVARIES AND FALLOPINE TUBE. SHE IS FINE NOW. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK WHETHER SHE HAS TO STILL TAKE SOME PRECAUTIONS OR REGULAR FOLLOW UP CHECK UP PERIODCALLY. THERE MIGHT STILL BE ANY COMPLICATIONS POST SURGERY. AFTER HER LAST CHECK UP IN JAN-24, HER DOCTOR ONLY ADVISED NOT TO LIFT WEIGHT MORE THAN 5-6 KGS. OTHERWISE MAY DO ALL HOUSEHOLD WORK. Yes it is always better to go for regular follow ups as advised by her Dr.
Also hope she has made lifestyle changes like eating much healthier, avoiding sugar, exercising regularly especially yoga and breathwork should be very good for her to help in her hormone regulation.
Her sleep has to be deep and preferably she should do some form of meditation everyday.

Hello Doctor, My Wife is 42 years old, and past 2 year ago, she had to remove the Uterus due to excessive bleeding, now post that she has become very much weak, her body is also reducing, she get tired frequently and has a mood change, depression, frustration. I asked many ladies about this, and they told me that it is a regular thing and nothing to worry about, but I am very much concerned about this, please advise if is this normal after surgery or required to check with the specialist.

Ans: Hello Anoymous,
Yes many ladies do undergo weakness and mood changes post uterus removal. However it should not last for so long. It will be very good for her to take help from someone who does natural holistic wellness therapies or you can take her to a good naturopath or ayurvedic doctor.
Certain nutrition guidelines, some yoga like pranayamas and some meditation techniques should really start helping her have a better hormonal balance as well as emotional equilibrium. I feel it is very important for her to start lifestyle changes asap under a proper guidance. It will help her to become even healthier than earlier. Also please do check on her vitamin D3, vitamin B12 levels and other hormone tests as guided by the specialist.

Madam, My wife (57years) has got "A subserosal fibroid 4x3.8cm along left lateral lateral wall of uterus -FIGO 6. About 12 months back this was of size 4.7x3.8 cm. Does she require hysterectomy. She does not have any symptoms. Please guide.

Ans: Subserosal fibroid does not cause much problem except that it can undergo torsion if it has a long stalk. If it is not, not to worry about it

Lifestyle modifications include moderate protein intake from legumes, nuts, tofu, etc. and increasing fiber intake by including fruits and vegetables. Limit consumption of red meat and processed meats. Opt for whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread. Limit caffeine and alcohol. Drink plenty of water, aiming for 2-3 liters per day. Reduce intake of foods high in oxalates, such as spinach, beets, and nuts. Ensure adequate calcium intake through diet, but avoid excessive supplements. Cut back on salty foods to prevent stone formation Avoid fried foods, processed foods, and foods high in unhealthy fats. Exercise regularly and aim for muscle gain.

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.
