which is the best therapy to treat cervical spondylosis with c5-c6 disc bulge.

Ans: Dear Pankaj,
One of the best ways to treat a disc bulge is via the Mckenzie method. In my past 20 years of physiotherapy journey I have seen excellent results with the Mckenzie method.
Please go to a Mckenzie certified physiotherapist and let them evaluate in details and accordingly prescribe the exercises.
In few extreme cases when physiotherapy doesn't work then you need to probably visit your orthopedic doctor and see if medicines/surgery is required for your case.

Ok thanks for your reply mam. Now a days many video of chiropractor can be seen on you tube. what is your opinion on this therapy.

Ans: Yes it is good and has helped many people. But every person's body is different so you can try and see what works for you.

Thank you for your reply. Is it possible to reverse my problem either by any therapy or it will give only symptomatic relief.

Ans: There are many cases of disc bulge where we have treated them through the Mckenzie method along with good nutrition care and exercises to strengthen the core and the weak muscles, and the person is completely asymptomatic even after many years.

Ans: Hello S,
Usually for any disc bulge the Mckenzie treatment helps a lot.
You can goto a Mckenzie certified therapist and they can evaluate you and give you the treatment and then help you to strengthen your core, neck and scapula muscles if weak so you don't get a relapse of the C5-C6 bulge.

It is best you go to a Mckenzie certified physiotherapist. They will evaluate you and give you the treatment accordingly.

Sell some of your asset like land, gold or vehicle to repay the loan on priority.

Don't borrow to repay existing loans. Restructure the loans or seek a moratorium till you get a job.

Borrow funds from family and friends explaining your mistakes and promise to repay once you get another job.

Keep in mind the old saying to cut your cloth as per your size and act accordingly.

Compartment will be in July and its result gets declared in August. Even if im eligible, wont it affect my councelling process. as it is in june july only?

You are eligible for JEE (Adv) and there will be no effect on the counseling process provided that you must fulfill all the criteria laid by the IIT institutions.

Hello! I am resident of Canada ,wants to get Rs 40 lakhs from India from my father for making a down payment of property I looking to purchase in Canada.just want to ask do my father have to pay any tax on it, he is looking to sell a plot

Ans: 01. When your father sells a plot in India, he would be subject to Capital Gain Tax (may be Long Term or Short Term), under the I.T.Act.
02. TCS will be collected/deducted, when your father transfer you money.
03. TCS deducted can be claimed back by filing his ITR. Amount of TCS shall be refunded after adjustment of due taxes in his ITR.
04. Please note that both these transactions should be done in the same financial year.
